➡️ Some customers place COD orders but refuse/are unavailable at delivery, causing double courier charges — one for sending, one for return.
➡️ ₹500 helps confirm genuine orders and covers this loss if the order is cancelled from the customer side. In such cases, it is adjusted towards courier charges and not refunded.
➡️ On successful delivery, your ₹500 is fully adjusted in the bill — you only pay the balance on delivery.
➡️ If we cancel or cannot deliver your order (stock-out/undeliverable from our side), the ₹500 is fully refunded.

➡️ कूरियर सर्विस सेलर के लिए फ्री नहीं है — हमें भेजने और वापस आने दोनों का चार्ज देना पड़ता है।
➡️ कुछ लोग COD ऑर्डर करके डिलीवरी पर मना कर देते हैं या उपलब्ध नहीं होते, जिससे डबल कूरियर चार्ज लगता है — एक भेजने का, एक लौटने का।
➡️ ₹500 असली ऑर्डर कन्फ़र्म करने और इस नुकसान को कवर करने के लिए लिया जाता है। अगर ऑर्डर कस्टमर की तरफ़ से कैंसल होता है, तो यह ₹500 कूरियर चार्ज में एडजस्ट हो जाता है और रिफंड नहीं होता।
➡️ डिलीवरी सफल होने पर ₹500 पूरी तरह बिल में एडजस्ट हो जाता है — बाकी रकम डिलीवरी पर दें।
➡️ अगर हमारी तरफ़ से ऑर्डर कैंसल/डिलीवर न हो पाए, तो ₹500 पूरा रिफंड।
